So you probably have been wondering where I have been for the past...ooh let's see...*checks the date since the last post* two years?? Oops, that was my bad. Well, I have since stopped doing reviews (obviously) but have continued to attend many high teas and whatnots. There have been good ones and bad ones but I just haven't seen the point in continuing to blog about them since there are far better blogs for reviews about high tea (High Tea Society, I am looking in your general direction).
So while I haven't decided what I will do with this page yet, I guess I will quickly take this time to tell you what I have been working on. Since I like cake, baking and eating, it seemed like an appropriate tangent to get into apron making. That's right, APRONS.
I know! Like, what a huge game changing market to get into! Something that not everyone needs but if they did would probably only want one of! I don't really know what I was thinking at the time but when it get's down to it, the main point is that I really enjoy making them. I like taking the time to think about designs, work with my hands, and create something really quirky, cute and unique.
Most of them directly reflect my own taste in what I would find appealling so it's interesting to see how the public reacts to them. They are my creations, so I hope you (the public) like them too. Most of them are girly, frilly, lacey, and floral. These are my favourites :D
The other ones are for people that probably want something practical but still pretty to wear in the kitchen. I mean, who wants to try and get dough out of lace?
This has been in association with the High Tea Social Club so if you have a minute maybe you can check out our Etsy store and give us some feedback.
Thanks for your support. Much love over the holiday season!
